Our designs are copyrighted Jessica McNichol Creative.

You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own. Jessica McNichol Creative owns the property rights to all designs, graphics, photoshop or other design files included in your design or digital downloads. You are prohibited from sharing the content or any design elements we provide with additional users.

Designers are prohibited from claiming our downloads and tools as their own and promoting them as original work.
